Our guest in this episode is longtime high school basketball coach, Milt Travis.  Coach Travis is currently a part of the coaching team at Blue Collar Basketball.  He has served as the head basketball coach in Rome, Georgia at Model (1985-2003) and Rome (2013-2017).  Coach Travis also spent some of his career as head coach at Buford and Stephens County, both schools in the state of Georgia. 

Our discussion is on the "Coaches Mindset Clinic" scheduled for November 16th and sponsored by the FCA Rome Area.  Coach Travis shares some information and stories on the critical role that mental health plays in life and sports.  He also highlights the speakers for the event, talks about how it came to light, and what he hopes it will lead to in the future.

Rusty Mansell of 247Sports joins us on the program to discuss the new 2.0 multiplier recently voted on by the GHSA's executive committee.  We also talk about the Darlington vs. Christian Heritage game at Chris Hunter Stadium being voted the High 5 Sports "Game of the Week".  The conversation concludes as Rusty gives his take on this Saturday's UGA/UT matchup in Knoxville, as well as his thoughts on the Falcons current situation.
